Parents Stand up Against Child Gender Medicine Despite the Rain
A group of dedicated parents drove from all over California to Davis to send a message
Dedicated parents stand in the rain to protest gender medicine for children at the Davis Joint Unified School District in California, 1/11/23. Protest was let by Erin Friday of Our Duty.
Parents are fed up with schools taking their rights away. They are fed up with how their children are being indoctrinated and their families are being torn apart. Despite the common smears in mainstream media, these protesters aren’t right wing extremists, they are regular parents who love their children. Many are Democrats or Independents who once believed in gender ideology themselves. Many thought introducing pronouns was a nice gesture and they didn’t want to offend others. They accept people who are different than they are and they don’t want others to feel uncomfortable. The reason I know this is because I am one of them. I was once fooled into thinking the trans movement was about acceptance and love. I was a life-long Democrat before 2020. This is not about Republican or Democrat, it is about the welfare of our children, its about common sense, it’s about saving children from irreversible psychological and physical damage. It’s about saving future generations from destruction. All you need to do is listen to a detransitioner (someone who used to identify as trans) with an open heart and you will recognize that pushing gender ideology onto children is extremely harmful emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Below is a heartbreaking video of one outspoken woman who feels broken and betrayed because she was lied to as a child by the gender industry. Her name is Prisha and her twitter handle is @detransaqua:
This group of parents showed up in Davis because Rachel Pepper, a woman who has been on a mission to influence children to take on trans identities for many years, was invited by the the Davis school district. Here is a clip of her from seven years ago stating that children as young as 18 months know they have an alternate gender identity:
Rachel Pepper wrote the book: The Transgender Child: A Handbook for Families and Professionals in 2008! This book instructs parents to affirm their toddler girl’s transgender identity if she expresses she is a boy. She recommends experimental hormone blockers and hormones for children, despite current the FDA warnings. FDA Quietly Adds Warning Of Serious Side Effects To Puberty Blockers August 6, 2022.
According to the website for CommuniCare Health Centers, which Davis Joint Unified School District has partnered with, the Davis school district is providing ”Cross-sex hormone medications like testosterone, estradiol, and spironolactone, medical letters for medical clearance to undergo transition surgeries, and assistance with legal name and gender documents.” They are providing counseling and medication without parent consent to children 12 and up. These services are being funded by Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) -aka-tax dollars. You can read more about what is happening in Davis in the well-reported article by Libs of Tik Tok: REVEALED: California school district facilitating gender transitions on children without parental consent.
Below is the online talk Rachel Pepper gave on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. The event was originally scheduled to be in-person, but was changed to a pre-recorded online video due to “safety concerns”. This made it impossible for the public to ask questions or comment on the subject matter.
Even though the event was changed to a pre-recorded youtube video, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, a group of dedicated parents and concerned citizens, myself included, still drove in the pouring rain to peacefully express how we feel about what Davis Joint Unified School District is doing to the children.
We were received with mixed reviews. We got several honks of support. Although, one mother acted as if we would physically hurt her trans child and cowered as we walked by (most of us are petite women). A few of the high school students approached us and told us what bigots we are. For me personally, this was the most heartbreaking aspect of the experience. As someone who has spent years working with teens on high school campuses and in counseling centers, I had never experienced teens behaving this way. The kids are not alright. The families are not alright. The lockdowns, isolation, division, and propaganda has infected people in a way I’ve never seen before in my 25 years of experience. Something has changed. The indoctrination runs deep. For me, this is simultaneously profoundly sad and scary. I fear for the health and well being of the next generation.
Despite the great connections with amazing parents and even having laughs during the car ride, I came home feeling melancholy. It’s tough to see how much these kids are hurting, yet they don’t understand that they are being fooled and manipulated by every institution they are influenced by. This machine is big and powerful and these are vulnerable children.
However, I have not lost hope and this movement is growing daily. More people are speaking up and are less afraid. While we were out in California, there was another group of very smart powerful people on our side working together in Washington DC. This is not an easy fight, but we will not give up. Truth will win.
