Beliefs of a "Right Wing Extremist"
I went from being a life-long Democrat to figuring out that my American values do not align with the radical left.
As formerly left-leaning, I didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to conform with certain ideas. The BLM riots and the lockdowns of 2020 opened my eyes. It was a year that helped me figure out that I don’t agree with who I thought I agreed with. I didn’t get the memo on a few important beliefs the left doesn’t align with. For transparency, I’d like to share my “extremist” views with you:
I love and appreciate my country, the USA.
I believe in personal responsibility.
I believe in medical freedom and that no one should be forced to take vaccines for work, travel or recreation.
I believe people should be judged by the content of their character.
I believe people should be treated as individuals with individual circumstances and characteristics.
I believe people should be rewarded for their talent, hard work and merit.
I believe victimhood and victim mentality should not be rewarded.
I don’t believe in segregation.
I believe all lives matter.
I believe in law and order.
I believe we need police.
I don’t believe any protests can be “mostly peaceful by fiery.”
I believe children need guidance and structure from adults.
I believe pornographic material should never be in schools.
I believe children shouldn’t be exposed to sexualized entertainment.
I don’t believe masculinity is toxic.
I believe men and women have differences.
I believe people can’t change their sex.
I learned gender medicine is harmful, both physically and psychologically.
I believe family is important.
I believe fathers are extremely important.
I believe loving and responsible parents have the right to make choices for their children.
I don’t believe parents who speak at board meeting are domestic terrorists.
I don’t blindly trust any experts.
I don’t believe science is settled, especially if it comes from Dr. Fauci.
I don’t trust the government, media or big corporations.
I believe drug addicts should receive treatment.
I believe our country should have border control.
I believe in legal immigration.
I believe in freedom of speech, and that includes “hate speech”.
I see value in religion and faith.
I believe in THE truth, not MY truth.
I believe abortion should never be celebrated.
I understand how capitalism and free markets are the best antidotes to poverty, not the cause.
I figured out that an unarmed population is a population that can be controlled with tyranny.
I now understand that our founding fathers were geniuses and I took their ideas for granted my entire life.
I believe freedom is the greater good.
